PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard Rate:

• In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% will be required at the time of booking.
• Pay off (70%) is settled upon arrival.
• In case of cancellation 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit (30%) is refundable
• In case of cancellation 29-14 days before the arrival date, the deposit (30%) is not refundable
• In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rate:

• In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% will be required at the time of booking.
• 2 weeks later we will ask you to pay another 30% of the total amount of booking.
• Pay off (40%) is settled upon arrival.
• This type of booking is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation at any time or no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.

EXTRA PERSONS

• Up to 6 persons are allowed per villa
• The standard price is for 6 persons
• please note that, the booking system automatically calculates the total price (discounts & extra cost) of the number of persons you input
